The role of Office Admin Asst. for GOLDEN is ideal for someone with a great eye for detail and a strong work ethic who loves taking charge and making sure things run smoothly. They’re meticulous with detail, professional, organised, with a can do attitude.
Whether working autonomously or supporting the team, they know how to cope with a variety of responsibilities from being our first point of contact with clients and suppliers; raising furniture and stock orders; chairing our regular meetings; preparing minutes and making sure all actions are completed.
We’re a small business and we need a great all rounder to support our studio to grow and thrive.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Xero and Workflow Max is essential. Knowledge in Photoshop and Indesign will be highly regarded.
